Nutritiona1 Values: 4 to 6 gr./lit, of different acids, 14.6 gr. of sugar, vitamins A, B1, B2 and D and minerals like potassium and calcium and high content of magnesium and iron.
Forms of Consumption: Fresh fruit, fruit juice, canned fruit, jam and pickles.
