Plant distillation and extracting is an industry, which deserves more attention in Iran.
Unfortunately the production in this field is not that much as expected, and just 9 units with a production capacity of 5.950 tons a year are working in this field.
Hence, investing for aromatic essence for internal consuming and export is suggested.
Pharmaceutical plants processing industry is not developed either. There are just 9 units producing 6.432 tons of pharmaceutical plant liquor each year.
Projects of production and packing of pharmaceutical plants should be seriously followed.
